Valerie Green will be leading a virtual Creative Movement Class during Landmark on Main Street’s Afternoon T.E.A Series

It will be dance-based exercises and movement creation while working on cognitive and physical skills. Creativity fostered through the use of imagery, music, stories, and props, and fun is had by all!
