Queens Botanical Garden presents HOME as a part of their Apples and Honey Celebration
HOME, an adaptation of the evening-length work for community audiences and conceived and directed by Valerie Green, is an international cross- collaborative dance project with choreographers from the US, Colombia, Burkina Faso, Sweden, and Lebanon. The dynamic full-evening work, which weaves together the different dances, explores identity, culture, environment, ritual, history, and community. This family friendly performance includes audience participation throughout!
